The first "5" in the equation represents the 5 people that you call our friends, associates, etc. I suggest that you make a list of the 5 people that you associate with on a regular basis, and then take a good look at it to see if they either have goals similar to yours or are progressing towards the achievement of a goal similar to your 5-year vision. A major key to unlock the secret to your future is to be 110% conscious of the fact that you will ultimately become who you associate with.
The usual lightweight clothing, anti-sweat athletic wear that dries quickly will do just great. For men its light tees with shorts and women can wear a tank top or sports bra with shorts or lightweight pilates memphis yoga-style pants.
I also notice new muscles that weren't there from my previous yoga practice. I must have created them during hot yoga. I feel stronger, especially in my lower body. Now I get out and walk around the park more. It has inspired me to get out of the house, and that is certainly burning more calories.
Despite what this type of clothing you're wearing, remember that nothing is as important as hydration - especially during the hot summer months. Remember to drink water before, after and during your body house lifestyle club session. The heat in the studio and the heat of the outdoors will take their toll on your body if you don't keep hydrated. So water and form-fitting, moisture-wicking clothes. It's that simple!
Currently I am in a hot yoga teachers training program. At one point I was an instructor for a Christian yoga alternative program, which was good; however, I wanted greater skill and confidence in this practice. I wanted to know proper form and alignment to prevent injuries. I would have attended a Christian yoga training program but I needed something local as I'm not a very good online learner. I need a classroom and structure.
One style of yoga that is best for losing weight is called vinyasa or "flow yoga". The poses are called "sun salutations" and they are very athletic and really work up a sweat.
